Problem

For many diabetics, glucose management is met with unforeseen challenges. Often times, they lack the full spectrum of support needed to make decisions or fully understand their data. As a diabetic, it's important to know that they're not alone in their everyday challenges.

Hypothesis

Providing diabetics with a management companion will not only build a sense of confidence and trust, but also offer friendly guidance as they navigate through their everyday challenges.

Use Cases

Canned Questions

When users enter the chat experience, they see various canned questions, making it quick and easy to learn more about their data.

Diving Deeper

If a user is curious about the data they see from home, tapping on any card will bring them to the chat room and populate the graph with a summary. The user can then ask follow-up questions to learn more.

Out of Range

When a user's glucose reading goes out of range, Goldilocks triggers a phone call, in addition to an automated chat. The chat experience then functions as a transcription. Goldilocks guides the user through their glucose management and updates them along the way.

Navigation & Interactions

Goldilocks uses a bottom bar for primary navigation. The user can switch between 'Home', 'Calendar', and 'Chat'. The Home screen displays all current data from that day. The calendar screen contains two views: Week & Month. The chat button brings the user to a rich chat experience which includes deep dives and summaries from the primary views.
